Soundscape is a project that captures everyday sounds from Seoul and translates them into visual waveforms you can see. The eight recordings include announcements, conversations, and layers of ambient noise that fills the city. By dividing the tracks into odd and even numbers, the project reveals two moods within the city: its cool mechanical pulse and its warm human presence. Soundscape invites you to read the city landscape not only by hearing its sounds, but by seeing the shapes and movements they leave behind.
